}} The Walnut St. Bridge was the first all steel bridge to cross the Tennessee River in Chattanooga. It has since been designated solely for pedestrian traffic and there are also many events hosted on the bridge itself, like the Wine Over Water festival every fall. On one side of the river is Coolidge Park, and on the other side is the Tennesee Aquarium, several restaurants, an art and scuplture garden, and the famous Rembrandts Coffee shop.

This bridge is especially nice right around 9:00pm-10:30pm, usually jazz bands playing up there, the occasional fireworks show, a nice place for couples.

This bridge is going to be building onto itself, possibly a department store on the bridge as well as several nightclubs.
