PHYS 211 General Physics

PHYS 211 is a good basic Physics class. It is, however, a tough class that moves rather fast. If you are interested in Physics but don't have a lot of science background, you would probably be better off taking PHYS 137, Introduction to Physics, instead. From what I hear, the physics taught at Southern is significantly tougher than that generally taught by neighboring colleges.
