Ah, Statistics...there are two sections of statistics offered every semester and frequently one will have assigned homework and the other will not. Obviously, in the section with no homework your grade depends heavily on tests and quizzes so you have to make sure you know what has been presented in class. The only reason to take this class is if it is required for your major, or you are a math major wanting to take Probability Theory or Mathematical Statistics later. Otherwise take Survey of Math, it's over topics that apply to everyday life more than Statistics.
2007 Take the class from Professor Anderson. She makes the class alot easier then it is, plus you do inclass work to reduce homework.
