Watch out! Survey of Chem was the worst class I've ever taken--worse than Peach's World Civ! He knows his material well, and sometimes I think maybe he even cares about his students, just a little. The downside is, if you ask him a question, he'll either tell you to read the chapter again, or go ask the chem tutors in the evening. Besides, he takes FOREVER to grade papers, and we never got our homework back in time to study for tests. The tests are horrible too, and you have to wait nearly 2 weeks to get them back! So, if at all possible, don't take chem from Hamstra, because you will live (or die) to regret it! -216.229.234.216

It's required for a reason. :^) There are plenty of questions I'm willing to answer, but telling you exactly how to do a homework problem is not one of them.
